sure some of my distant relatives must have been at the Battle of
Banockburn in 1314 we only lived 5 miles from it - I can imagine
my great great

granny out on her front doorstep offering a bit of encouragement
like go on son get stuck in about them - well they had no telly
in them days

many many years I have wanted to shout from the rooftops & tell everyone
just what they are missing by not venturing out & enjoying
the open spaces & fresh air - how much enjoyment can be had for free by just putting one foot in front of the other - go on try it,
