Easy to find well signposted from the M4 South Wales

**THE 3 WALKS**

Walk 1
Caswell to Pyle Corner in Bishopston
(this walk includes rocky paths and may not be suitable for all abilites)
Start at Caswell take the cliff path to Pwlldu Bay towards Pwlldu Head enjoy the amazing
scenery and Beach

 taking the path to Pyle Corner at Bishopston
this walk is 4 miles allow 2 hrs plus anytime you spend on the beach,
bird watching,beachcombing take a picnic,binoculars a towel you will need a paddle halfway
you can return the same route there is also a regular bus service both ways

Walk 2
Langland Bay to  Caswell Bay
(this walk includes steep paths and may not be suitable for all abilites)
Start at Langland Bay taking the  west path along the cliffs to Caswell Bay

The views here are amazing with excellent opportunities to observe sea birds,seals,
this walk is just over 1.5 miles allow 1 hour

this walk can be tagged onto walk 1 if you are feeling fit,
you can return the same route there is also a regular bus service both ways

Walk3
Langland to Bracelet Bay
(this walk includes steep hills and steps and may not be suitable for all abilites)
Start this walk starts at Langlands Bay and goes east along the cliff path
to Bracelet Bay (N T)

this walk is just over 1.5 miles allow 1 hour
this walk can be tagged onto the beginning of walk 2 (in reverse) if you are feeling fit,
 

Disabled & Less Adgile Ramblers

The walks shown here are mainly on tarred tracks,however parts of the walks
are very steep in places

with sharp corners some steep steps on walk 3,and may not be suitable for
Disabled and Less Adgile Ramblers
