villages, sandy beaches and a coastline so unequalled
that it has recently received World Heritage status.

Get away from it all along the stunning Jurassic Coast,hunt for fossils
on Dorset’s picturesque beaches or take a walk on the South West Coast Path.

There is more to discover inland; ancient sites and sweeping countryside
which hides bustling market towns and thatched villages with local pubs
and tea rooms.

  Enjoy a walk on footpaths that trace historic routes, keeping a watch for
shy wildlife including otters, kingfishers, lizards and butterflies.

Head For The Village Of Wool,Then Lulworth Cove
From There Park In The Main Car Park 100's Of Spaces
Toilets,Cafes,Gift Shops,Beaches,Fossils,

**THE WALK**

Take with you,a Towel,Swimming Costume,a Picnic,Camera,Bottle of Water,Binoculars

You cant miss the start of this walk as soon as you reach the car park at Lulworth Cove
you will see the white chalky path going up the hill,

Its one of these paths you have seen in Magazines & on TV
its like the Yellow Brick Road you just have to walk it to see where it goes

Good paths well signposted steep in placesbut not to difficult
the path goes for miles but today we are only going 2 miles there & 2 miles back again

start at the gate follow the path uphill this is the steepest part of the walk
at the top stop have a break drink some water enjoy the magnificent views

Take Photos they can bring back happy memories on days when you need cheered up
Continue along the path watching out for wildlife,Deer,Rabbits,Otters,Sea Birds etc

After about 2 miles you will find yourself looking down onto the mostamazing little bay
The Man Of War Bay
you will want to go down so follow the clifftop round until you come to the sign
Durdle Door-Man Of War (photo above)

Steep Steps take you down (photos below) on the left is a super bay safe bathing
have a paddle,go in for a swim,have a well earned rest,

On the rightmore steps take you onto Durdle Pebble Beachwalk along about 50mts
spread your towel out sit down looking out to sea in front of you is the rock formation
called Durdle Door,(photo above & below)

This this is the spot where harry potter & friends sat and had a picnic
in the film called Harry PotterChamber Of Secrets
have your picnic on this very spot,
retrace your steps 2 Miles

Parts of this walk is over steep paths with lots of steps
And may not be accessable to all,

access however to the village and beacharea OK
There are lots of walks in Dorset Suitable for

Disabled and less Adgile Ramblers which we will be
